The limestone hills around Vaison-la-Romaine: Séguret, Gigondas, Vacqueyras, Cairanne and Beaumes-de-Venise, with the Dentelles de Montmirail behind them and Mont Ventoux to the east. Vineyards, stone villages and long dry summers.
Southern Drôme
Across the river, the Drôme provençale begins: Nyons and its olives, Valréas, Vinsobres, Visan, Mollans-sur-Ouvèze and the villages climbing towards the Baronnies. Quieter, cooler at night, and still within easy reach.

The radius is deliberate. It means I know the roads, the tradespeople and the rhythms of each village well enough to respond quickly — and that your property never becomes one of hundreds.
Outside the radius?
I would rather say no honestly than take on a house I cannot reach quickly.
If your property sits just beyond the 25 km, it is still worth asking. Occasionally an arrangement works — but the limit exists because being genuinely close is what makes the care reliable, and I will tell you plainly if yours is too far.
